Refunds & Returns Policy

  1. Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

A: We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer replacements at no additional cost. To request a replacement, please email us at support@luumi.my within 3 days of receiving the item, along with photos of the issue. Our team will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.

At this time, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, but if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help!

  1. Is there a warranty for your lamps?
    A: Yes, all our lamps come with a one-year warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If you experience any issues within this period, you can return the lamp for inspection. Once assessed, we’ll proceed with a replacement or necessary repairs to ensure your lamp is in perfect condition.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not apply to:

  • Bulbs
  • Damage from improper use, modifications, wear and tear, or accidents.
  • Exposure to extreme heat or moisture, which may affect the PLA material.

For every successful warranty claim, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the item does not qualify for a warranty claim, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to have it returned to them.
