We strive to get your handcrafted lamp to you quickly, safely, and affordably.

1. Production & Processing Time

• Lamps that are in stock will be shipped within 1-2 days
• All lamps that are made to order, with a production lead time of 5–7 days from the date of purchase.
• Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

2. Shipping Time

• After production, delivery typically takes 2–5 working days depending on your location and the courier service.
• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your order’s journey.

3. Shipping Rates

• West Malaysia – Free delivery
• East Malaysia – Starts from RM35 via courier
• Singapore – Starts from RM39
• International Shipping – Available upon request. Please email support@luumi.my to confirm shipping options and rates for your country.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable courier services to ensure your lamp arrives safely and on time. While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, please note that shipping delays may occasionally occur due to courier or logistical issues beyond our control.

5. Delivery Address & Issues

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
• If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of receiving it at support@luumi.my with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement
